New Delhi: Former all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has beaten Team India in many games. Yuvraj, who became the ‘Player of the Tournament’ of the 2011 World Cup, retired from cricket in June last year. Now Yuvraj is returning to cricket.
After his retirement, Punjab Cricket Association secretary Puneet Bali had asked him to play in the state and Yuvraj was also ready to play for Punjab.
In next month’s Syed Mustafa Ali Trophy competition, Yuvraj Singh has been selected as one of the potential players of Punjab.
The BCCI is planning to host the National T20 Championship Syed Mustafa Ali Trophy from January 10. Its placements will be announced later. The tournament will be played in a bio-safe environment and the teams will meet at their respective bases by January 2.
After his retirement, Yuvraj participated in the Global T20 League in Canada.

Please note that Yuvraj Singh has played 404 ODIs, 400 Tests and 20 58 T20I matches for India. Currently, the 39-year-old Yuvraj is training at the PCA Stadium in Mohali. He has also posted a video of his practice on social media.
