A new twist has come in the Moradabad love jihad case. The court ordered the girl to be sent to her mother-in-law’s house, claiming that she had performed her own free will. Please note that the girl was kept in Nari Niketan while her husband and elder brother were sent to jail under the new conversion law. The mother-in-law returned to her mother-in-law and begged for the release of her husband and daughter-in-law. She alleges that she was given the wrong injection in Nari Niketan which led to her miscarriage.

The woman said, ‘I went to Nari Niketan in December. I was tortured a lot there. For three days, my stomach ached suddenly. I was given an injection which caused a lot of bleeding. Yesterday I made a statement in court. Then the health deteriorated which was done after the injections. I lost my womb. At first it was correct but after the injection, there was an abortion.

‘I married my will’
“Although the law has helped me, I want my husband and daughter-in-law to be sent home,” she said. I got married on my own terms. I got married on July 24. The sixth month is running. The marriage took place in Dehradun. I want to send my husband and brother home.

While in custody, a girl became four months pregnant
