Spotify India has introduced revised daily and weekly plans. Now called Premium Mini, these new plans cost less than when the service first came into operation in the country.
Those who choose to subscribe to these new plans will have to pay INR 7 for the 1-day plan and INR 25 for the 1-week plan. In the past, these same plans would respect you respectively 13 INR and 39 INR.
The Mini-plan has some limitations compared to the Individual plan. The benefits of the plan apply only to listening on a mobile phone and not on the desktop programs or online. Second, instead of the 10k songs for each device on 5 devices download limit of the Individual plan, you are now limited to only 30 songs on one mobile phone.
Additionally, Spotify has also reduced the cost of the annual subscription. Instead of the usual INR1,189, you can now receive the annual subscription for INR999. However, this is a limited time offer, which expires on 31 December 2020.
The rest of the plans remain the same, including the INR119 fee for the monthly fee for single users, INR149 for the Duo plan, and INR179 for a group of six accounts.
