Kareena Kapoor Khan may have missed out on social media over the weekend, but the actress started her week on a downside. Sharing a special photo of her grandparents Raj Kapoor, Krishna Kapoor and dad Randhir Kapoor, Kareena remembered the evergreen Raj Kapoor on his 96th birthday. The black and white photograph is a rare photograph of the Kapoor probably dating from the late 60s or 70s.
The photo depicts Raj Kapoor and his son Randhir looking like costumes as Krishna Kapoor looks elegant in the classic photo. It is definitely a treasured photo and will remind you of the golden days of cinema. Sharing the photo, Kareena titled it, “There will never be another … Happy Birthday Dadaji.” Fans quickly flooded the comment section with heart and lovely emojis as one of them wrote, “Kapoor’s big family.”
In addition to Kareena, sister Karisma Kapoor also shared a child photo with her grandfather. She wrote, “So many learnings from my Dadaji .. remembering you on your birthday .. # grandpalove #legend. ”
Raj Kapoor was born on December 14, 1924 in Peshawar, Pakistan. The family then moved to India and traveled to various cities before settling in Mumbai, which became their home. The haveli family in Pakistan has recently made headlines as the government has decided to make it a legacy.

While Raj Kapoor passed away in 1988, his wife Krishna Kapoor passed away in 2018. The family also lost Rishi Kapoor and sister Ritu Nanda this year.
