Captain Amarinder Singh called Kejriwal’s fast a gimmick. On Monday, Kejriwal responded to the Punjab CM via Twitter, accusing him of setting up a central government to pardon his son’s Enforcement Directorate case. Kejriwal said, “Captain, I have been with the farmers from the beginning. Delhi’s stadiums were not allowed to hold jails, they fought from the center. I am serving the farmers by serving them. Did you set up a center to sell your son’s ED case, to sell the peasant movement? Why ‘

What did Captain Amarinder say?
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday announced a one-day fast in support of farmers. Kejriwal has also appealed to the citizens of the country to fast. At the same time, Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh attacked Kejriwal. The captain has described Kejriwal as a quick play. He challenged Kejriwal to point out one of the things his government has done for the benefit of farmers. The captain alleged that Kejriwal and his party had been engaged in politics for the past 117 days instead of doing anything constructive to help farmers living outside Delhi.
The captain said Kejriwal came to take advantage of the opportunity
The Chief Minister of Punjab did not stop there. Questioning Kejriwal, he said that farmers are fighting for their rights in the cold on the streets outside your city and you are thinking of how to take advantage of the opportunity. You have no shame in saying that Kejriwal is resorting to false propaganda in front of his party’s election agenda.
Kejriwal is not sympathetic to the farmers
Captain Amarinder made it clear, “Kejriwal has repeatedly proved that he is not sympathetic to the farmers. On November 2, the Kejriwal government shamelessly notified the black laws as farmers staged a protest march against Delhi’s agricultural laws. The captain said that unlike the Kejriwal government, which is thriving on pieces of corporate houses, the Punjab government has neither entered into an agreement with Adani Power nor helped anyone in the state to buy power.
