With Christmas around the corner and the festivities beginning, well-known industrialist Anand Mahindra shared a touching video on Twitter today that he said made him “cry so early in the day.”
The president of Mahindra Group visited Twitter to post a touching Christmas video. “Shoot; you made me cry so early in the day. Not yet a granddaughter, but my grandson is that age …” he tweeted.
The video, an announcement, begins with a grandfather who wakes up every day and practices weight with a picture at his side. Keeping us guessing until the end, the video shows the attendees trying to find out why the old man is exercising. In the end, the grandfather is seen visiting his grandson with a gift – a Christmas star – which he helps her put on a decorated tree.
The 2-minute video was viewed close to 20,000 times within an hour after Mr Mahindra’s tweet.

Reacting to the video, Twitterati said they were “moved” and have “tears” watching the video.

“I’m thrilled and thrilled to read that you don’t hesitate to write on social media that emotional such movies make you cry! Congratulations to you,” said another user.
Anand Mahindra is known for inspiring people and sharing with many stories about talented people on Twitter.
Earlier, the 65-year-old industrialist shared a video of an eight-year-old called the “fastest child in the world”.
“He’s like a machine. His legs blur when he runs. He’ll definitely become the fastest man in the world,” reads the caption shared along with the clip.
